RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We at Gems For Everyone offer a very transparent and simple 3 Days Returns & Replacement Policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
– Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
– Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Gems For Everyone team.
– Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
– Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original / Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
Return On Loose Gemstones:
For Loose Gemstones , you can return your Gemstone with 100% Money Paid** for the Gemstone within the 3 Days period by meeting the above conditions. Please Note that Shipping Charges, taxes and duties and Payment Gateway charges are not refundable.
Return on Custom Jewelry:
Any Custom Jewelry created for you (pendants, rings, etc.) cannot be returned for money. You can however, place a return request within three (3) Days of Delivery to request a store-credit worth 70% of your invoice value, for use against future purchase on our website.

After contacting us and getting the confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and with each and every item that was provided with the order, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
– Shipping Charges, GST and other duties are not refundable.
– Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
– Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
