What if I need to modify my order?

Is it safe to Order Online?

You can be assured that shopping with Gems For Everyone is safe! We have our payment integration with “Razorpay” and “PayU Money”, providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know you have received my Order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Will I recieve a confirmation email when I place my Order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. What is Free Lab Certificate?

Today there are unfortunately a lot of websites and shops that sell synthetic gemstones as natural gemstones, or heated / treated gemstones as unheated / untreated, or gemstones of lower quality origin/mines, as gemstones of a higher quality origin/mine. There is no easy way for the average customer to detect these, except for a gemstone lab certification. Gems For Everyone provides a free lab certification regardless of the cost of the gemstone from our own Private Gem Testing Lab. Our Gem Testing Lab is one of the Biggest Gem Testing Lab in Vidharba with ISO 9001:2015 Certification. We provide free lab certificate, even if your gemstone is for Rs 100 or for Rs 10 Lakhs. You should never buy a gemstone without a lab certifying. You can also get your Gemstone checked with the leading Gem Testing Lab in India like GIA, IGI, GII and many more at additional costs.

How can I get my order made in Jewellery?

After successfully placing an order you can contact us for Jewellery Customisation and we will customize your gemstone into Jewellery. We will send you our Designs or you can also send your own custom design for your Jewellery.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Free Shipping for our Products within India.

When will I recive my order?

Loose Gemstones are dispatched within a day of your order placement and delivered within 7 to 8 working days.

Custom Jewellery are dispatched after the Jewellery is ready and it takes around 4 to 7 days for the Jewellery to get ready, as per the customization. Simple jewellery designs are ready in 1 to 3 days and are delivered within 6 to 7 days of completion of Jewellery.
