Each piece of diamond jewelry we sell comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which provides information about the diamond’s characteristics and properties, including color, clarity, cut, carat weight, shape, diameter, number of stones, polish, fluorescence, metal type, and appraisal value. This certificate helps to ensure that our customers are receiving a product that meets our high standards of excellence and authenticity.

At Gems For Everyone, we take great care to ensure that all of the diamonds in our inventory are authentic and genuine natural diamonds. Our team of master jewelers hand-selects each diamond to ensure that it meets our high standards for quality. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible diamonds and are proud to offer diamonds that are at the highest end of the range for color and clarity. Quality is our top priority, and we work hard to ensure that all of our diamonds meet our rigorous standards for excellence.

If you would like additional certification for your diamond in addition to the Gems For Everyone Certificate of Authenticity, we recommend obtaining a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI). This certificate is available upon request for a small fee when you place your order. For loose diamonds, we recommend certification from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). If you have any special requests or are interested in a diamond quality combination that is not listed in our available options, our Jewelry Specialists can assist you with obtaining a quote. Gems For Everyone Jewelry Specialists can arrange a repair, which includes the replacement of the stone as well as a full inspection of the setting. Gems For Everyone does reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
At Gems For Everyone, we stand behind the quality of both our diamonds and our settings.

• If a diamond or gemstone falls out due to an issue with the setting, we will provide a complimentary inspection and replacement.
• If a stone becomes loose or falls out due to customer negligence or alteration by a non-Gems For Everyone vendor, we will still provide a complimentary repair, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the stone.

Our Jewelry Specialists can assist with arranging a repair, which includes replacing the stone and inspecting the setting. Please note that we reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
